About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced B2B Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced advertising agency workplace.
- Prior experience in an Advertising Agency is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, business goals, requirements, and priorities.
- Manage client expectations through proactive and consistent communication.
- Conduct regular client meetings and discussions.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Project Coordination
- Translate client briefs into clear action plans for internal teams.
- Coordinate with Creative, Design, Content, Marketing, Digital, and Delivery teams.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track.
- Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.

Strategic Account Support
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
- Participate in campaign planning and strategy discussions.
- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and campaign plans.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional business.




- Contribute to long-term account growth and client retention.

Execution & Delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or roadblocks.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and records.

Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular client status reports and project updates.
- Maintain meeting minutes, action trackers, and follow-up items.
- Track project and account-level KPIs.
- Monitor overall account health and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to internal leadership and relevant stakeholders.

- Experience handling B2B clients will be preferred.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of advertising campaigns, marketing communication, and agency workflows.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Chennai will be preferred. .
