Roles and Responsibilities:

- Implementation and monitoring of online accounting / operational processes.

- Monitoring of daily revenue & cost booking.

- Verification of vendor & supplier bills and staff vouchers.

- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.

- Internal admin payment compliance.

- Review of collection of debtors outstanding and ageing reports.

- Review and Monitor Payables ageing and fund flow analysis.

- Monitoring payments on daily basis as per policy.

- Petty cash management.

- Ensuring job closing is done as per defined timelines.

- Budgeting and MIS activities.

- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.

- Risk Management and developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk.

- Driving cost reduction opportunities.

- Supervising staff, undertaking team appraisals & quarterly reviews.

- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
