I’m looking for someone to join the Accounts team at Thikedaar.Com.

This is an execution-first role. You won’t be expected to make strategies or redesign processes. Your job is simple: make sure the day-to-day accounts work is recorded, tracked and completed properly.

As we grow and handle multiple projects, vendors, contractors and site teams, keeping every transaction and document organised becomes critical.

Your responsibilities will include

- Update ledgers and daily transactions on our accounting software
- Maintain bills, invoices and payment documents — both digital and physical
- Maintain daily labour payment records
- Track vendor and contractor payments
- Keep payment logs and supporting documents updated and organised
- Follow up on pending bills, documents and payment-related actions
- Coordinate with the Operations team for material availability and deliveries
- Track whether materials are reaching sites as committed
- Flag missing entries, documents, payment issues or delivery delays
- Maintain straightforward trackers so that nothing important gets missed

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, responsible and good at follow-ups.

You don’t need years of experience.



Freshers and interns are welcome.
