Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the company’s finance and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documents for audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, outstanding statements, and other MIS reports.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and ledger reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a manufacturing or trading company will be preferred.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and Tally/ERP will be preferred.

Salary As per experience and interview performance.

Working Hours

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
