Role Description

PROSONIC TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. is hiring an experienced Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance team in Pune.

? Location: Navi Peth, LBS Road, Pune

? Experience: 8–12 Years

? Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent

? Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

? Department: Accounts & Finance

- Day-to-day accounting & ledger scrutiny
- Sales & Purchase accounting
- GST & TDS compliance
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Vendor & Customer reconciliation
- Inventory & Stock accounting
- Payroll & employee expense support
- Month-end closing
- MIS & Management reporting
- Audit coordination & CA support

Required Skills

✅ Tally Prime

✅ Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS

✅ GST & TDS Portal

✅ Bank & Ledger Reconciliation

✅ MIS Preparation

✅ Robust analytical & problem-solving skills

✅ Ownership, accuracy & professional communication
