Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for managing client relationships and projects within MountBox’s digital experience and branding portfolio. This role includes serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into clear briefs for the creative and technical teams.

The Account

Executive will coordinate project timelines, track deliverables, manage approvals, and ensure that work meets quality standards and client expectations. Daily responsibilities also involve preparing proposals and presentations, supporting new business opportunities, monitoring project budgets,



and reporting on performance. The role requires close collaboration with design, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure seamless execution and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable project briefs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in a creative or digital agency environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and handle client discussions and feedback constructively.
- Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and UI/UX or design workflows, with the ability to align solutions to client goals.
- Proficiency in basic project management tools and practices, including documentation, reporting, and budget tracking.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, handle multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as an Account Executive, Client Services skilled, or similar role in a creative, branding, or digital studio is preferred.
