We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Consultant with strong expertise in accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll, and project financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage books of accounts, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and PF compliance.

- Handle salary processing, payroll accounting, and salary file uploads to the bank.

- Maintain project-wise revenue mapping and team-wise salary/cost allocation.

- Track project revenue vs. employee/team costs and prepare profitability reports.

- Manage accounts payable, receivable, banking transactions, and financial records.

- Prepare periodic financial and management reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and accounting activities.

- Work closely with the Finance Lead and provide regular updates on financial, payroll, compliance, and project-related activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and validate financial and project data.





Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in an IT/Software/Technology services environment.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, payroll, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.

- Experience in project-wise revenue and cost mapping.

- Strong MS Excel and financial reporting skills.

- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting/ERP systems.

- Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹45,835.64 - ₹60,604.62 per month
