Hiring: Accounts Executive

Location: Azadpur Mandi, Delhi

Experience: 1+ Year

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt and expense entries.
- Prepare invoices,



vouchers and accounting documents.
- Maintain ledgers and perform account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Make accurate accounting entries in SAP.
- Prepare basic MIS and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment-related activities.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts.
- SAP experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Candidates with experience in Mandi, Wholesale, FMCG, Fruits & Vegetables or Trading will be preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
