- Perform segmental accounting (sales, sales returns, purchases, purchase returns, debit notes, credit notes, vouchers and invoices booking, bank accounting etc.) in TALLY ERP and Entero ERP.
- Performing regular bank reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
- Execute RTGS / NEFT fund transfers to vendors accurately and timely.
- Follow up with customers for receipt against invoices.
- Liaison with statutory auditors and internal auditors to provide supporting documents during test of control and test of details.
- Maintain and update Working Capital tracker for segments under control.
- Maintain and track cash flow statements and fund positions.
- Coordinate with respective plants for confirmations, financial updates and expense provisions.
