We are looking for a qualified and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities within our logistics organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling reconciliations, managing receivables and payables, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.

- Handle billing, invoicing, voucher entries, and account reconciliation.

- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

- Assist with GST returns, reconciliations, and statutory filings.

- Support TDS-related activities and compliance.

- Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.

- Maintain records and documentation for audits and statutory compliance.

- Coordinate with operations, vendors,



and internal teams for expense tracking and reconciliation.

- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting transactions and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com Mandatory

- 24 years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.

- Hands-on experience with Tally and/or ERP accounting systems.

- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

- Good command of MS Excel.

- Robust understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation.

- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

- Candidates with logistics/transport industry experience will be preferred.
