Accounting Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an accurate, detail-oriented Accounting Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and routine ledger entries while supporting month-end closings and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily accounting entries, vendor bills (AP), and customer invoices (AR).

Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

Manage petty cash, expense reports, and payment processing.

Assist with month-end closings, trial balances, and financial reporting.

Support statutory filings (GST/VAT, TDS, withholding taxes) and internal/external audit prep.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / BS).

Experience:



2+ years of core accounting or bookkeeping experience.

Software: Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Strong grasp of standard accounting principles, tax compliance, and reconciliation.

High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
