C R Infra is a construction and infrastructure contracting company involved in civil construction, excavation, pipe laying, road works, drainage works, box culverts and other infrastructure projects.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive who can independently handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain company and project-wise accounts using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally Prime.
- Pass purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and contra entries.
- Maintain cash and bank transactions.
- Maintain and reconcile customer, vendor and subcontractor ledgers.
- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements.
- Record client bills / RA bills and track payments received.
- Maintain client outstanding, advances, retention/security deposit and other deductions.
- Enter and maintain purchase invoices and material expenses.
- Maintain subcontractor bills, TDS deductions and payment records.
- Record project expenses including labour, diesel, machinery, JCB/excavator/dumper expenses, materials, transportation and site expenses.
- Maintain project-wise income and expenditure records.
- Assist in GST accounting and reconciliation.
- Handle TDS-related accounting and records.
- Coordinate with the company's CA for GST, TDS,



income tax and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare outstanding statements, ledger confirmations and other MIS reports.
- Maintain proper supporting documents for all accounting transactions.
- Assist management in preparing monthly project-wise accounts and Profit & Loss information

Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Positive knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day accounting work.
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Construction Accounting Experience Candidates who have worked with construction contractors, subcontractors or infrastructure companies and understand RA bills, subcontractor bills, retention/security deposit, advances, TDS, project expenses and client deductions will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a practical accounts professional who can independently maintain accounts in Tally Prime, rather than only perform basic data-entry work.
