Ctrl Plus Marketing is a digital-first marketing agency working across social media, branding, content production, website development, performance marketing and events.

We work with brands across categories and manage everything from strategy and creative execution to campaigns and on-ground activations.

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day client servicing and ensure that work moves smoothly from brief to execution.

You’ll be the bridge between our clients and the internal team, understanding what the client needs, communicating it clearly, following up internally, and making sure the final output is delivered on time and to the expected standard.

What You’ll Do

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements, briefs and business objectives.
- Convert client requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
- Coordinate with Social Media, Creative, Content, Performance, Development and Production teams.
- Track timelines, deliverables and approvals across multiple accounts.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure work stays on schedule.
- Review deliverables before sharing them with clients.
- Handle client feedback and ensure it is communicated accurately to the relevant teams.
- Maintain content calendars, trackers, meeting notes and account documentation.
- Participate in client calls and internal meetings.
- Assist with presentations, reports, campaign planning and reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve client relationships and account growth.
- Support pitches, proposals and new business requirements when required.

What We’re Looking For





- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, digital marketing or an advertising/creative agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media, branding and digital marketing.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand feedback and communicate it clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proactive mindset: you shouldn't need to be chased for updates.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Excel and project management tools.
