Job Summary

AM Constrotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, billing, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit/credit notes and payment records.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare and reconcile GSTR data, vendor/customer ledgers and bank statements.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain receivable statements.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and account summaries.
- Verify bills, expenses, purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of GST returns, TDS returns and other compliance-related work.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, CA and internal teams regarding accounting matters.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, payments,



expenses and other financial documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements
- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
- 0.6–1.0 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Valuable knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, Zoho, GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in a construction/contracting or project-based company will be an advantage.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
