Position: Account & Audit Executive

Experience: 3 - 4 Years (CA firm experience a plus)

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 / month + Variable (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

End-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients, bank/vendor/customer reconciliations, ledger reviews, finalization of accounts, and monthly MIS preparation.

Tax Compliance

Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS returns, Income Tax Returns (ITR), and Professional Tax (PT) returns. Handling tax reconciliations, computations, compliance workings, and maintaining supporting documentation.

Audit Support

Assisting with Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits; preparing audit schedules, working papers, and supporting documents; and coordinating directly with clients and auditors.

Tech & ERP Management:

Work extensively on Zoho Books and Tally; assist in client accounting migrations, process improvements, workflow automation,



and implementation of cloud-based accounting solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

Technical

Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ITR filing, Professional Tax (PT) compliance, and finalization of accounts. Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel. Zoho Books experience is highly preferred.

Soft Skills

Excellent client communication, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and compliance deadlines seamlessly.
