- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accessories based on vehicle model and usage.

- Explain accessory features, benefits, pricing, and warranty terms.

- Prepare accessory quotations and obtain customer approval.

- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.

Accessory

Sales

- Achieve monthly accessory sales and revenue targets.

- Promote genuine and approved accessories during vehicle booking and delivery.

- Upsell and cross-sell relevant accessories to customers.

- Maintain knowledge of available accessories, prices, offers, and new products.

3.

Vehicle Delivery

Coordination

- Coordinate with the Sales and Workshop teams for accessory fitment before vehicle delivery.

- Ensure accessories are fitted as per customer-approved specifications.

- Verify quality and quantity of accessories before vehicle delivery.





- Ensure timely completion of accessory fitment to avoid delivery delays.

4. Inventory & Documentation

- Coordinate with the accessories/store team for availability of accessories.

- Monitor accessory stock and communicate shortages or requirements.

- Maintain proper records of accessory orders, sales, fitment, and billing.

- Ensure all customer approvals and relevant documentation are completed.

5.

Customer

Satisfaction

- Ensure accessories are fitted properly and delivered in good condition.

- Handle customer queries and coordinate resolution of accessory-related complaints.

- Follow up with customers after delivery wherever required.

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
