? Hiring: Accessibility Testing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Testing Specialist to support digital accessibility, improve customer experiences, and ensure accessibility standards across Online Banking applications.

? Experience: 8+ Years (Strictly no profiles below 8 years)

? Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

? Location: Bangalore (No Relocation)

? Responsibilities:

- Perform accessibility testing for Online Banking applications across web and mobile platforms.
- Act as an Accessibility Champion, providing accessibility guidance to design and product teams.
- Ensure accessibility practices are embedded throughout the Agile product lifecycle and design system.
- Validate applications against WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).
- Perform testing using assistive technologies across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers.
- Prepare accessibility documentation, guidelines, and recommendations for teams and stakeholders.

? Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of Software Testing experience with strong knowledge of testing and Agile methodologies.




- Proven experience in Banking Application Testing, preferably Online/Digital Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Accessibility Testing and WCAG 2.1.
- Hands-on experience with JAWS, Dragon, ZoomText, NVDA, and VoiceOver.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong experience testing across desktop/mobile devices, operating systems, and multiple browsers.
