The Academic Trainer – EdTech Trainer will deliver technology-enabled academic sessions to learners in a hybrid model, combining on-campus teaching at KCC Nagar, Hosur with some work-from-home online instruction. This full-time role involves planning and conducting interactive classes, workshops, and training modules, ensuring that course content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the institute’s standards. The trainer will design and update curricula, prepare teaching materials, and use digital tools and learning platforms to support both online and offline delivery.

The role includes assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, mentoring learners, and collaborating with academic coordinators to continuously improve teaching methods and training outcomes. The trainer will also participate in faculty meetings, maintain academic records, and support academic events and initiatives at the Hosur center.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Training skills,



with experience delivering structured lessons and workshops in academic or professional settings.
- Candidates should possess solid Curriculum Development and Education-related skills, including designing course content, learning outcomes, and assessment methods.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse groups of learners.
- Experience using EdTech tools, online learning platforms, and digital content delivery methods in hybrid or blended learning environments is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in education, analytics, technology, management, or a related discipline; a graduate or postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Strong classroom management, learner mentoring, and facilitation skills, with an organized approach to lesson planning and record-keeping.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
