XIME Bangalore is looking for an enthusiastic and organised IIC Programme Manager to coordinate innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystem activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate innovation and entrepreneurship programmes, workshops, hackathons, and events.

- Coordinate with students, faculty, startups, mentors, and external stakeholders.

- Support documentation, reporting, and programme-related activities.

- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other documents.

- Support student innovators and entrepreneurship initiatives.

- Build relationships with mentors, industry experts, startups, and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM or relevant postgraduate qualification.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience; up to 4 years may be considered.

- Experience in programme coordination, project management, innovation, entrepreneurship, startups, incubation, or a related field is preferred.





- Robust communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Candidates who are enthusiastic, quick learners, and willing to take ownership are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Electronics City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
