About the OpportunityWe are looking for a student-focused Academic Counsellor who enjoys interacting with students, understanding their goals, and helping them make the right learning decisions.

This is an opportunity to work in a learning-driven and growth-oriented environment, gain hands-on experience in the education and EdTech space, and work closely with experienced educators and IELTS professionals. You will get exposure to student counselling, admissions, communication, lead management, and the day-to-day functioning of a growing education brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with daily leads and understand their IELTS and learning requirements.
- Counsel students based on their individual goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Coordinate and encourage students to attend demo sessions.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Build meaningful relationships with students throughout their decision-making journey.
- Convert interested leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up status.




- Work closely with the academic and management teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Malayalam and comfortable communicating with students in Malayalam — Mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to students, understanding their needs, and helping them.
- Prior knowledge of IELTS, Spoken English, or PTE is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in IELTS, Spoken English, PTE, EdTech, education counselling, or admissions will be an advantage.
- Strong listening, follow-up, relationship-building, and conversion skills.
- Friendly, responsible, target-oriented, and student-focused.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow with the organization.
