Role Description The Academic Director is a full time, on-site leadership role based at UEI Global Education in Delhi, India. This position oversees academic programs, curriculum implementation, and teaching standards across relevant departments to ensure alignment with institutional goals and industry requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising faculty, guiding instructional design, monitoring learning outcomes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.

The Academic





Director collaborates with industry partners and educational institutions to integrate current market trends, develop new academic offerings, and enhance vocational and experiential learning components. The role also involves mentoring academic staff, supporting student development initiatives, and contributing to strategic planning for academic excellence and international certifications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Education and Teaching, with a track record of leading academic teams or departments.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Training, including designing, implementing, and evaluating academic and vocational programs.
- Candidates should possess solid Research capabilities to support evidence-based curriculum enhancements and academic innovation.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and academic bodies.
- Postgraduate degree (Master’s or higher) in Education, Management, or a related discipline; prior experience as an academic leader in higher or vocational education is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated understanding of hospitality and business education, competency-based learning, and industry-driven skill development is an advantage.
