Job Summary U Fly International Aviation Academy is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable aviation, airport management, hospitality, and other career-oriented programs.

The Academic Counselor will be responsible for handling student and parent enquiries, providing course and career guidance, conducting follow-ups, supporting the admission process, and maintaining solid relationships with prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding aviation, airport management, hospitality, travel and tourism, and other academy courses.
- Understand students’ educational background, interests, career goals, and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, duration, fees, training methodology, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through walk-ins, telephone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and online leads.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Convert genuine enquiries into admissions through effective counseling and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams for smooth student enrollment.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents and resolve their queries professionally.
- Assist in student orientation and admission-related activities.
- Participate in seminars, career guidance programs, educational fairs, school/college visits, and promotional activities when required.
- Achieve assigned individual and team admission targets.




- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Stay updated about the academy’s courses and relevant aviation and hospitality career opportunities.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidates with qualifications in Management, Psychology, Education, Aviation, Hospitality, Communication, or related fields will be preferred.
- Diploma holders with relevant counseling or admissions experience may also be considered.

Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Experience in an aviation academy, educational institution, or training institute will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience and performance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
