- - Infinity Learn is looking for an Academic Counsellor to connect with company-provided student leads, understand students' and parents' academic requirements, conduct online product demonstrations, and convert enquiries into paid admissions.

- Key Responsibilities
- - Connect with company-provided student leads through outbound calls.

- - Speak with students and parents to understand their academic needs and goals.

- - Counsel students and parents about suitable Infinity Learn programs.

- - Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations through Google Meet.

- - Explain courses, features, learning benefits, pricing, and admission process.

- - Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns.

- - Follow up with interested students and parents to convert leads into admissions.

- - Assist customers with the course enrollment and annual fee payment process.





- - Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM.

- - Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.

- - Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the counselling and admission journey.

- Requirements

- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- - Solid convincing, counselling, and presentation skills.

- - Good sales and objection-handling abilities.

- - Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

- - Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting online demos.

- - Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

- - Experience in EdTech Sales, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Business Development, or B2C Sales is preferred.

- - Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude can also apply.
