We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, career options, and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and programs.
- Understand students' academic interests, goals, and requirements.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
- Maintain student enquiry and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Provide regular follow-up and support throughout the admission process.
- Maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Prepare daily and monthly counselling/admission reports.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in academic counselling, education sales, or admissions is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling skills.
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English preferred.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Location: Calicut, Kerala
