Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students and parents to counsel them on suitable educational offerings and learning programs.
- Conduct lead follow-ups, handle inquiries, and drive conversions through consultative guidance.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their academic requirements, and explain program benefits effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets and monthly operational goals.
- Maintain clean records of communication and lead status within the system.
- Requirements & Key Skills
- Languages: Excellent fluency in both English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Experience: Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates (Prior exposure to EdTech sales, BPO/Customer Service, inside sales, or telesales is a strong plus).
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
- Attributes: High persuasive ability, strong interpersonal skills, target-oriented mindset, and active listening skills.
Work Details & Compensation
- Work Days: 6 Days Working (Sunday Fixed Off)
- Shift: Day Shift

- Salary Structure:
- Freshers: 28,000 Take Home (32,000 CTC) Uncapped Incentives
- Experienced: Up to 47,000 Take Home (Based on interview performance & last drawn salary) Uncapped Incentives
