Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.

- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable programs.

- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively explaining course advantages and career outcomes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners throughout the admission process.

- Conduct counselling sessions through phone calls, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the Admissions, Operations, and Student Support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

- Address student queries related to course curriculum, fees, schedules, certifications, and placements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and competitor offerings.
