Responsibilities

- Provide academic guidance to students and help them make informed decisions regarding their education and career paths.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses and develop individualized learning plans accordingly.
- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance students' academic skills and career awareness.
- Stay updated on educational programs, scholarships, and university admissions processes to assist students effectively.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to address student concerns and improve academic services.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and faculty.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficient in using student information systems and academic counseling software.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures in India.
