ACADEMIC COUNSELLOR

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Academic Counsellor to guide students and help them choose the right courses based on their interests and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students about courses, programs, and career options.
- Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and direct interactions.
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and admission process.
- Follow up with interested students and support them during the admission process.
- Maintain student records and enquiry details.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Provide proper guidance and support to students.

Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous counselling or sales experience is an advantage.
