We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic Academic Counsellors for our associate firm to guide 11th & 12th standard students regarding academics, stream selection, and career guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding academic options for 11th & 12th
- Guide students in stream and course selection
- Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and follow-ups
- Maintain counselling records and student data
- Support admission and enrollment process
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (English & Marathi preferred)
- Student-friendly and positive attitude
- Strong counselling and convincing skills
- Strong computer knowledge
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Any stream)
- Experience in education counselling preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
