Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
- Provide detailed information about available courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Counsel and guide students in selecting suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Handle queries and address concerns related to courses, fees, and admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making calls and interacting with students/professionals.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
