9: Working Time: 8 to 5 / 9 to 6 Requirement 6 Subject Matter Expert DC Systems & InverterJob SummaryLead operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and performance optimization of DC systems and Solar Inverters across utility-scale Solar PV plants.

Responsible for ensuring maximum inverter availability, plant performance, generation optimization, and implementation of best maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage operation and maintenance of String Inverters, Central Inverters, DCDBs,

SCBs/SMBs, DC Cables, Combiner Boxes, and associated DC systems.

 Monitor inverter health, availability, alarms, efficiency, and performance through SCADA and monitoring platforms.

 Conduct IV Curve Analysis,



DC insulation testing, thermography, string monitoring, and performance diagnostics.

 Troubleshoot inverter faults, communication issues, grounding faults, arc faults, string mismatch, and MPPT abnormalities.

 Analyze plant performance, generation losses, clipping losses, and downtime to improve energy yield.

 Coordinate with inverter OEMs for firmware upgrades, troubleshooting, warranty claims,

and critical component replacement.

 Perform preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance activities.

 Support commissioning, testing, and performance validation of new solar assets.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards, PTW, LOTO, and electrical maintenance procedures.

 Prepare performance reports, RCA reports, and corrective action plans for equipment failures.

 Drive initiatives to improve inverter reliability, performance ratio (PR), and plant availability.

Job Summary

Manage operation, maintenance, testing and reliability of AC electrical systems across utility-scale Solar PV, Wind and BESS O&M.; Responsible for ensuring high equipment availability, grid compliance,



electrical safety and implementation of industry best maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage O&M; activities of transformers, IDTs, switchgear, HT/LT panels, substations and switchyards.

 Perform preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance of electrical equipment.

 Conduct insulation resistance, winding resistance, breaker timing, contact resistance and thermography tests.

 Lead shutdown planning, testing, commissioning and restoration activities.

 Monitor equipment health and drive reliability improvement programs.

 Perform fault analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for electrical failures.

 Ensure compliance with Grid Codes, PTW, LOTO, CEA regulations and electrical safety standards.

 Coordinate with SLDC/RLDC and internal stakeholders for smooth plant operations.

 Supervise maintenance teams and contractors during execution of critical activities.

Support commissioning and performance optimization of Solar, Wind and BESS assets
