Role Overview

We are inviting applications from individuals passionate about working with neurodiverse children. Whether you are a fresh graduate or have some experience, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow under professional guidance in a supportive and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct 1:1 session with children at home
- Implement therapy programs designed by our Clinical Head/BCBA
- Collect session data and support documentation
- Participate in structured training and observation
- Collaborate with caregivers and the team for holistic support

Eligibility

- Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
- Freshers welcome – full fledge training provided
- Prior exposure to ABA is an added advantage
- Must be compassionate, committed, and eager to learn

Compensation

- ₹13,000-15,000/month (until probation period of 3 months)
- Travel reimbursement provided for home sessions
- Compensation growth based on performance and caseload
