Description

Lead production support team, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Manage high-performing teams, conduct root cause analysis, and define processes to prevent recurring issues. Robust knowledge of ITSM Incident, Problem, Change processes and tools.

Responsibilities

Requirements

- 12 years of experience in production support
- 5 years of experience in leading production support team
- Certified ITIL Foundation or higher
