Description

We are seeking a Contract & PO Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contract and purchase order requests, ensuring compliance and quality, and providing excellent stakeholder management. This role will impact our ability to deliver high-quality services to our customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Process contract, amendment, renewal, termination, and purchase order requests.
- Prepare and submit transactions in applicable contract and procurement systems.
- Manage requests through approval, signature, execution, and closure stages.
- Track progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks to meet agreed timelines.
- Validate request documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to contracting, procurement, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain audit-ready records and supporting documentation.




- Escalate risks, exceptions, and non-standard scenarios appropriately.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned requests.
- Provide timely updates and follow-ups with business stakeholders and approvers.
- Communicate risks, delays, and required actions clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate tracker and system updates.
- Meet SLA, quality, and productivity targets.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and knowledge management activities.
- Support cross-training and business continuity efforts.

Requirements

- Contract and Purchase Order operations knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
