Role Summary

Develop, maintain, and support enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This hybrid role combines application development and production support responsibilities, ensuring seamless integration between business applications, high platform availability, rapid incident resolution, and continuous improvement of integration services

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy MuleSoft-based integration solutions and APIs.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, SOAP services, DataWeave transformations, and integration workflows.
- Implement API-led connectivity and reusable integration components following enterprise standards.
- Provide L2/L3 support for MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms across Production and Non-Production environments.
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, analyze logs, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring integration issues and implement preventive measures.
- Support deployment, workplace management, release validation, and post-production verification activities.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, cloud teams, and external vendors to resolve integration-related issues.
- Participate in on-call support, incident management, problem management, and change management activities.
- Optimize integration performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous improvements.
- Develop automation scripts and support CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, support runbooks, and operational procedures

- Mandatory skills : • 3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4. • Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RAML, and DataWeave. • Experience in developing, deploying, and supporting Mule applications in production environments. • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for integration, middleware, and API-related issues. • Experience with Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, and Anypoint Monitoring. • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and message-oriented architectures. • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab. • Knowledge of SQL databases, file-based integrations, and messaging technologies. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS. • Experience supporting incident, problem, change, and release management processes. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Desired skills : • MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification. • Experience with AWS services including API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch. • Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or event-driven integration architectures. • Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, ELK, AppDynamics, or other monitoring tools. • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments. • Exposure to DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and automated deployment practices. • Experience in API security implementation including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, and SSO. • Knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, or Digital Platforms.
