Role Summary

Manage, administer, and support the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to ensure high availability, security, performance, and operational excellence of enterprise integration services. Responsible for platform governance, environment management, monitoring, deployment support, and operational maintenance across cloud and on-premise integration landscapes

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange, Anypoint Monitoring, and Access Management.
- Provision, configure, and maintain MuleSoft environments, business groups, users, roles, and permissions.
- Monitor platform health, application performance, infrastructure utilization, and integration service availability.
- Support deployment, release management, and migration activities across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
- Manage API lifecycle governance, policies, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues, performance bottlenecks, deployment failures, and connectivity problems.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboard solutions for proactive incident management.
- Collaborate with development, architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure platform stability and operational readiness.
- Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity requirements.
- Implement and maintain integration platform standards, governance processes, and operational procedures.
- Manage platform upgrades, patching, license utilization, capacity planning, and environment optimization.
- Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents and coordinate resolution with internal and external stakeholders

- Relevant Experience : 3+ Years
- Mandatory skills : • 3+ years of hands-on experience administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. • Strong understanding of Runtime Manager, API Manager, Anypoint Monitoring, Exchange, and Access Management. • Experience managing CloudHub, CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Fabric, or Hybrid deployment models. • Knowledge of MuleSoft security, API policies, SSL certificates, OAuth, SSO, and Identity Management. • Experience with application deployment, workplace management, capacity planning, and performance tuning. • Strong troubleshooting skills for integration, middleware, infrastructure, and network-related issues. • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or CloudWatch. • Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and scripting using Shell, Python, or PowerShell. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab. • Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Desired skills : • MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Administrator-related certifications. • AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or equivalent cloud certification. • Experience with Runtime Fabric on Kubernetes/OpenShift environments. • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments. • Understanding of API governance frameworks and enterprise integration best practices. • Exposure to DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integration programs.
