Role Summary

Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, enabling seamless connectivity between cloud and on-premise applications. Drive API-led connectivity, reusable integration assets, and scalable integration services while ensuring high performance, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs, Mule applications, and reusable integration components following API-led connectivity principles.
- Build and maintain integrations between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, CRM, ERP, and third-party systems.
- Develop DataWeave transformations, message routing, orchestration workflows, and integration services.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand requirements and deliver robust integration solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide L3 production support for critical business applications.
- Implement API security, authentication, authorization, and governance standards.
- Participate in CI/CD implementation, automated deployment pipelines, and release management activities.
- Create technical documentation, integration design specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Support migration of legacy integrations to MuleSoft and cloud-native architectures.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development. • Strong expertise in Mule 4, API-led connectivity, AnyPoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange. • Experience developing REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Microservices Integration. • Proficiency in DataWeave for data transformation and mapping requirements. • Experience with XML, JSON, XSD, RAML, OpenAPI specifications, and integration patterns. • Strong understanding of API security standards including OAuth 2.0, JWT, TLS, and Basic Authentication. • Experience integrating cloud and on-premise applications. • Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and messaging technologies. • Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Desired skills : • MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification. • Exposure to AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and CloudWatch. • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other event-driven messaging platforms. • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Current Relic, or ELK Stack. • Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. • Experience with Telecom BSS/OSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, or Customer Digital Platforms. • Knowledge of API governance, reusable integration frameworks, and enterprise integration best practices.
