Role Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft and AWS platforms. Act as both Technical Lead and Product Owner, driving integration strategy, platform roadmap, API-led connectivity, stakeholder management, and delivery governance to enable scalable digital ecosystems and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Any point Platform and AWS services.
- Define and own the integration product roadmap, prioritizing business requirements, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Architect API-led connectivity solutions, reusable integration assets, and scalable microservices-based integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product managers, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive integration governance, API lifecycle management, security standards, and best practices across multiple projects and platforms.
- Oversee development teams, conduct design reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure quality delivery.
- Manage AWS-based integration services, including API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and containerized deployments.
- Monitor integration platform performance, reliability, scalability, and operational KPIs.
- Support release planning, deployment strategies, environment management, and production support activities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and reusable integration accelerators.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related decisions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

- Mandatory skills : • 5+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development and integration architecture. • Strong expertise in API-led connectivity, REST/SOAP APIs, RAML, DataWeave, and MuleSoft integration patterns. • Experience designing and implementing cloud-native integration solutions on AWS. • Solid knowledge of AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and IAM. • Experience with enterprise integration patterns, microservices architecture, and event-driven architectures. • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. • Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and product ownership responsibilities. • Strong understanding of API security, OAuth, JWT, TLS, and enterprise security frameworks. • Experience managing technical stakeholders and leading distributed development teams. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Desired skills : • MuleSoft Certified Developer and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Developer certification. • Experience in Telecommunications, BSS/OSS, CRM, Billing, Order Management, or Digital Channel integrations. • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices. • Experience with Kafka, Event Streaming, and real-time integration architectures. • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. • Experience defining API monetization, API governance, and reusable integration platforms. • Knowledge of DevSecOps, observability, and platform engineering practices.
