· Minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault L3 Configuration.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Proven experience in managing and collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Veeva Platform/QMS Certification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform impact analysis for Veeva quarterly releases and assess business/system impacts.
- Maintain and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for new enhancements and developments.
- Provide L3 support by troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day user issues.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system security.
- Analyze and implement Veeva general release features, including configuration and automation enhancements.
- Ensure system stability, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
