Required Skills

Java

- Solid experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17 features.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Hibernate, and ORM frameworks.
- Understanding of multithreading and performance optimization.

Python

- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Experience in data processing and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.

Generative AI

- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLMs.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Experience building RAG-based applications.
- Working knowledge of Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search).
- Understanding of AI model evaluation, safety, and governance.

React

- Strong experience in React.js development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and Redux/Redux Toolkit.
- Experience building responsive and reusable UI components.
- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience integrating React applications with REST APIs and AI services.
- Familiarity with state management, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.
- Knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite,



and npm/yarn.
- Understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SSO).

Nice to Have

- Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI experience.
- Experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks.
- Exposure to machine learning model deployment and monitoring.
- Certifications in Java, Python, Cloud, or AI technologies.
