Responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards. The consultant will work with business stakeholders to define revenue recognition policies, configure RMCS, and support testing and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to revenue recognition and accounting.
- Configure RMCS features including:
- Contract Identification
- Performance Obligations
- Transaction Price Allocation
- Revenue Recognition Rules
- Standalone Selling Price (SSP) Setup
- Design and validate revenue accounting treatments for subscriptions, services, licenses, and multi-element arrangements.
- Configure source integrations with Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Projects, and external systems.
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and period-end close activities.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and technical teams to resolve production issues.
