FX Trading Business Analyst / QA Specialist

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to support FX trading initiatives.
- Translate trading concepts and requirements into clear technical solutions and test scenarios.
- Validate pricing, order flow, risk, and trade lifecycle processes across trading platforms.
- Support quality engineering and test automation initiatives integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, dependencies, and process enhancements.
- Effectively challenge and influence stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding of FX trading, financial markets, pricing, order flows, risk management, and the trade lifecycle.
- Experience working with trading systems in banks, brokers, exchanges, or financial institutions.
- Knowledge of FX e-trading platforms, pricing engines, and low-latency/high-frequency trading environments.
- Experience in test automation and quality engineering practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Solid analytical,



problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, resilience, and ability to thrive in complex environments.
- Ability to connect information across multiple systems, tools, and initiatives to drive business and operational improvements.
