Description

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end design, development and implementation of full stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability and reliability.
- Embed Operational Resilience principles (fault tolerance, graceful degradation, recovery automation, dependency awareness) into system design and delivery.
- Build and integrate secure, well-documented APIs and deliver seamless user experiences across channels.
- Develop and maintain solutions using Python, Java, Node.js (backend) and React (frontend).
- Implement/maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, enabling automated build, test and deployments.
- Apply AI/ML capabilities where valuable (e.g., analytics, anomaly detection, insights) and integrate them into applications responsibly.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to deploy and operate services using cloud-native patterns.
- Use Jira for delivery tracking and Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Operate effectively in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams and continuously improve delivery practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence (code reviews, testing, documentation, standards).• Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL databases (schema design, queries, performance basics); exposure to NoSQL is a plus.
- Ways of Working: Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
- Operational Resilience: Practical understanding of resilience design and operational readiness (runbooks, recovery,



incident learnings).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 10–15 years in technology/software engineering with strong full stack delivery experience in complex environments.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Frontend: Strong hands-on React (component design, performance, up-to-date patterns).
- Backend: Strong hands-on Python plus Java and/or Node.js (services, APIs, integration).
- API Engineering: REST API design, integration, authentication/authorization patterns.
- CI/CD: Jenkins pipelines; automated testing and release discipline.
- Cloud: Working experience with AWS/Azure/GCP (deployments, IAM basics, monitoring).
