As a Techno-Functional SME, you will partner with business, PMO, product, and technology teams to shape and deliver digital transformation initiatives across enterprise PMO platforms. The role combines strong functional understanding of project, portfolio, and governance processes with deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, integrations, and emerging AI capabilities.

You will translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions; define solution architecture; guide implementation teams; and support adoption from strategy through execution. Prior experience in SharePoint development, Power Automate, Power Apps, React, Azure, API-based integrations, JIRA, ServiceNow, Planner, and GenAI-enabled productivity solutions will be critical to success in this role.

- Desired skills : • Valuable understanding of Azure services, API integrations, data flows, authentication concepts, security controls, and enterprise application architecture.• Working knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, Planner, and other PMO or work management platforms, including configuration, workflow design, and cross-platform integration opportunities.• Exposure to OpenAI, Generative AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-enabled productivity solutions; ability to identify business use cases and adoption opportunities.• Nice to have: experience with AWS, cloud-native services, data visualization, analytics platforms, or enterprise reporting solutions.
