Description

- Perform functional, integration, and system testing across CRM (Salesforce), API, and database layers

- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios for complex integrated applications

- Validate API services using tools such as Ready sAPI / SoapUI

- Conduct data validation and analysis using SQL and data analytics techniques

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system integration quality

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage

- Maintain and manage test documentation, including test plans, traceability, and defect reports

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Track and manage defects using Jira and document knowledge in Confluence

- Support testing of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Genero-based applications

- Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other tools to enhance productivity and test efficiency
