Technical Project Manager (MES – Cloud)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with expertise in Cloud-based MES to lead end-to-end manufacturing digital transformation programs. The role involves managing MES implementations, driving cloud adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.

Project Management

- Lead end-to-end MES implementation projects across manufacturing sites
- Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
- Manage Agile/Waterfall delivery and ensure milestone adherence
- Identify risks and drive mitigation plans

MES & Cloud Transformation

- Deploy cloud-based MES solutions (Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell, SAP ME/MII, DELMIA Apriso)
- Lead migration from on-prem to cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Ensure alignment with Industry 4.0 initiatives
- Monitor system performance and optimization

Technical Oversight

- Guide system architecture, integrations, and data flows
- Manage ERP (SAP/Oracle) and shop-floor integrations (IIoT/SCADA/PLC)
- Ensure security, compliance, and quality standards

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Work with business, IT, and plant teams for requirements and delivery
- Manage vendors and system integrators
- Drive communication, reporting, and executive updates

Change Management

- Lead user adoption, training, and UAT




- Support smooth rollout and business sign-off

Education

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

- 8–12 years in IT/manufacturing
- 5+ years in MES or manufacturing digital programs
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions

Technical Skills

- MES: Siemens Opcenter, Camstar, Rockwell, SAP ME/MII, DELMIA Apriso
- Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, IIoT, APIs, and data analytics
