- Strong hands-on experience in analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of Workday HCM solutions

- Experienced in various integrations using Packaged Integrations, EIB, CCW and Studio of varied complexity

- Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements

- Proficient in complex calculated fields and advanced custom reports

- Day to day support of Workday HCM, Security, Compensation and Reporting issues

- Good understanding of inbound outbound integrations and data flows with third party systems

- Experience in postproduction support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, unexcepted results or process flaws. Recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet business objectives

- Monitoring Daily support activities and ensuring the logged issues are resolved. Experience in troubleshooting data issues corrections
