- Experience in New implementation of Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT)

- Building environments, setting up configurations, working with product vendor to troubleshoot issues

- Experience in migrating MFT components from IBM Sterling to Axway MFT

- Certified in Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT)

- Deploying, configuring, and upgrading Axway MFT solutions in Azure cloud setting

- Designing and implementing customized Axway MFT solutions to meet specific customer requirements

- Ensuring security and compliance standards are met within the MFT environment, including PCI DSS compliance.

- Working directly with customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.

- Monitoring MFT operations, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to customers.

- Leading internal knowledge-sharing sessions and representing the team in customer-facing events.

- MFT Solutions: Axway SecureTransport, Flow Manager, etc.
