- Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in a Technical Consultant role
- Adobe Document Cloud Technical Consultant needs to interact with Adobe’s Enterprise customers to enable onboarding, support large scale tech change projects as well as provide support with troubleshooting and solutioning.
- Develop and demonstrate deep domain expertise related to various enterprise environments, use cases, Adobe products and various offerings.
- Subject Matter Expert on Automated User Management.
- Presenting user management solutions/options, pros and cons, limitations
- Providing guidance on best practices for LDAP, LDAPS, MSAD, Azure AD, Azure SCIM and The User Management API “UMAPI.
- Driving/Documenting online discovery sessions with customers to capture their requirements,
workplace/infrastructure before identifying the appropriate solution and guiding the customer through setup, testing and go-live.
- Troubleshooting user management issues with The User Management Tool* and the MS Azure Connector to identify and fix issues.
- knowledge of Python language
- Knowledge on Adobe Admin Console and The Global Admin Console
- knowledge of Identity and SSO to provide setup guidance
- At least 3 years’ experience in an international Enterprise-level customer facing role, ideally in Enterprise Support or as a Technical Consultant
