- Can facilitate large meetings, workshops, and presentations to senior management.

- Accountable for delivering his epics on time, on budget and in scope with the needed quality to ensure a successful launch.

- Plans and leads implementation of IT development initiatives, aligns the release planning, and proposes appropriate delivery slices and release slots.

- Adopts the Agile methodology.

- Has a valuable understanding of the business drivers and of the proposed technical solution, enabling him to challenge both business & technical teams to secure planning and budget.

- Efficiently communicates with the key stakeholders.
